The TBI-BH ECHO panel would love to discuss it during one of our ECHO sessions with our registered participants. Cases submitted 48 hours before an ECHO will be formatted and discussed that week. Anything submitted later will be held for a future session.

The form asks a large number of questions. While we like as much information as possible, we do not expect perfect or complete information. Please provide what you can when submitting a case.

Once submitted, your case will be put into a formatted slide and used during the discussion portion of an ECHO. If you have questions about the submission process, email us!
